Consistently great food. The eggs Benedict are made with biscuits and there's three types to choose from. The Eggs Cerdo is another one of my favorites. It's a breakfast skillet with corn, potatoes, eggs, fabulous pork and salsa. DELISH. They are usually busy but once you sit down, service is fast and friendly. The decor is so cute!

Great vibes. Excellent happy hour! Great place to meet a client or friend. They need cool music.

Great food and service! Was amazed it wasn't busy when we arrived at 1030 on new years day. However was VERY busy by the time we left! (Talked with a few regulars- We got lucky!!!) All of the food was very fresh and flavorful! Highly recommend the juices!!!

Egg tops the charts for all things brunch in stl! I truly have never had anything here that I didn't like. The rest of STL definitely feels the same because it's never not busy here! I came with a large group right when they opened, and we were seated quickly! Dodging the wait is the way to go. They have a variety of drinks for brunch (alcoholic and non) as well as a large variety of food options- there is something for everyone. Today I went with a mimosa and the el cerdo hash which is amazing. It has the right amount of spice and is so filling. Always a pleasure, egg!

This place was delicious. It was so good to have the pork hash with the green salsa. And the service was pretty fast as well. I added a delicious coffee and sat at the bar. The place is small. And very coffee shop vibes.

Service is excellent. Their family breakfast options are the secret sauce to a perfect lazy morning. Complete w excellent cocktails, coffee and fresh squeezed juice, it's the perfect start. And you can choose traditional American dishes or try some shakshouka - all their dishes are always flavorful and prepared perfectly.

I've never seen eggs Benedict offered on cornbread, so I appreciated the creativity and unique offering. The smoked pork belly was also a delicious treat for brunch and a little bit different than the usual bacon or ham. The ambiance is a modern, trendy brunch space and very nice. Overall I'd definitely come back to Egg for brunch!

We joined the Yelp waitlist earlier today because it wasn't too long. When we got there, I mentioned we were on the waitlist and the guy seemed a little confused. He never really said anything about it, but did seat us within that time frame, so it was no issue. The only reason I mention it is because if you join their waitlist, I think you should also check with them, I don't think they actually participate in the waitlist. When I arrived, I was 10th in line, when I left, I was still 10th in line, and I just removed myself from the waitlist still in 10th spot hours later. So yeah, don't rely on the waitlist. Otherwise, the food and service was good. We had the pork belly cornbread, spinach and avocado, cornbread, and the standard breakfast. We also had an espresso martini and a white Russian. That's the only part that was kind of odd. Our server asked what we wanted in the white Russian. We were quite confused because a white Russian is a traditional drink that the bar should know how to make. It's literally just vodka, Kahlúa and milk. She was asking if we wanted sugar and all kinds of random things in it. When it came out, it was very frothy like they had whipped it or some thing weird and tasted like it had no vodka in it. I did enjoy the espresso martini though. Overall, a pretty salad breakfast place with delicious food and good service!

Street parking. Not bad for a Sunday brunch time. Used yelp waitlist but I'm not sure that was used. After a few minutes of waiting we were promptly seated. Service was good. Everyone was super friendly. Restaurant is smaller in size and tables are fairly close. There is also bar seating. Got the traditional breakfast and it was well done. One would expect it but that's not always the case. Eggs came out perfect. Potatoes were crispy and not dry. The bread was crispy yet soft. The sausage was well cooked, slightly bland for my taste. Overall it was a great breakfast and I can't wait to return to try the other options.

Had a great breakfast at Egg before I hit the road out of town! The vibe is cool in the up and coming midtown neighborhood, and the food and coffee both hit the spot. I tried the breakfast tacos, one veggie and one chicken. They were so tasty and had fresh ingredients and were each topped with flavorful salsas. They're gigantic, so I found it easier to eat half with a fork, then fold it up and eat it normally. Coffee was great; I had already caffeinated with espresso, so opted for a latte instead. The tumeric one sounded good, but the server had a sixth sense for my caffeine addiction and warned me it doesn't come with espresso inside. He steered me towards a honey cinnamon one instead that was five stars. It was a mellow weekday morning, so not bustling but also meant the server disappeared for a while. Nothing critical, but we were left waiting for the check so had to get up and ask. Each person that came by was friendly and helpful. All in all, I tried several spots on this block on a quick visit to STL, and Egg is one I'd definitely recommend trying out if you're in the area.
